INDURO GHB1 Gimbal Head is a medium sized gimbal head recommended for lenses up to a 300 f2.8 or 500 f4. If you will not be using lenses larger than those, the GHB1 can save you money and packing weight over larger gimbal heads.
Vertical and horizontal tracking of fast moving objects is quick and easy, and balancing a camera/lens system on a gimbal head makes it essentially “weightless” providing freedom of movement not possible with any other support system.
