CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS 100% Satisfaction GuaranteeYour satisfaction is very important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, or if you ever have a question about a product you purchased from us, please let us know. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. You may cancel any order before shipment by contacting us using email or phone. Once an order is shipped, it may not be cancelled. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange exclusive of shipping costs. Returned items must be new and in resalable condition, in the manufacturer’s original packing, with all materials and with tags attached. Used items will not be accepted for refunds unless the item is defective. OPG will pay both the original and the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Should a special situation arise outside these guidelines, we will be happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange a return or repair. |
