Your satisfaction is very important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, or if you ever have a question about a product you purchased from us, please let us know. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
You may cancel any order before shipment by contacting us using email or phone. Once an order is shipped, it may not be cancelled.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange exclusive of shipping costs. Returned items must be new and in resalable condition, in the manufacturer’s original packing, with all materials and with tags attached. Please note that if items returned for refund or credit were originally shipped via our Free Shipping Promotion, the actual shipping expense incurred by OPG will be deducted from that refund or credit. Used items will not be accepted for refunds unless the item is defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item, and must contact us for a return authorization before shipment. OPG will pay both the original and the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
OPG follows pricing guidelines set by manufacturers for their dealers. From time to time, manufacturers may change prices or OPG may introduce pricing promotions. Upon your request, OPG will gladly "price protect", in the form of a store credit or gift certificate, items that have been reduced in price, if such items have been purchased within 14 days of a price reduction or promotion. Your request must be emailed to us at email@example.com, during the time of the price reduction or promotion. Please include your order number.
Should a special situation arise outside these guidelines, we will be happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange a return or repair.
