The Rogue Flash Gels Color Correction Filter Kit is used to improve overall color balance in an image by adjusting the color temperature of the flash to better match other ambient light sources.
Kit includes 3 each of 6 different color correction gels.
To balance your flash to the dominant ambient light source in your scene:
Use CTO gels to color balance flash to tungsten or halogen ambient light
Use CTB gels to color balance flash to shade or blue sky ambient light
Use Plus Green gels to color balance flash to fluorescent ambient light
Each gel has the LEE filter name, the gel's measured f/stop loss value, and the corresponding Kelvin color temperature correction and camera white balance icon, all printed directly onto the gel. Stated f/stop loss values are measured using a Sekonic light meter in a controlled test. These values compare the metered exposure of the bare flash with the metered exposure using the Rogue Gels placed over the flash head.
Rogue Universal Gels Include a durable padded storage pouch with tabbed
dividers to keep your filters safe and organized. The divider tabs include the names of the gels
in each section as well as the f/stop loss and white balance values. 3 Flexible Gel-Bands are included to attach gels to any shoe mount flash.
