"The seat is a quality product. However, it does not have a method to positively secure it in place. Therefore, when you sit on the sit on the Freestyle 720 Chair it can slide back. That's when the problem happens. When it is pushed back and is only partially inserted it becomes a powerful lever and prys the seat off the 720 chair pulling out all the those little "tiny" screws. Then you have a significant repair job to get the chair back to being useful. I give it one star."
