The Wimberley Sidemount Gimbal Head is a lighter, more compact alternative to the full Wimberley Head.

The sturdy main casting and the smooth pan & tilt mechanisms are identical to the full Wimberley Head.  The swing arm and adjustable platform are replaced by a sidemounted quick-release clamp, shaving nearly a pound off the weight. Your lenses mount sideways as is done with the Wimberley Sidekick.

Dimensions: 9.25"H x 2.5"W x 8"D (23.5 x 6.4 x 20.3 cm)

Weight: 2.3 lbs (1.04 kg)

You can easily convert your Sidemount to a full Wimberley head with the CK-200 Conversion Kit

You can also convert your full Wimberley Head to a Sidemount with the CK-100 Conversion Kit.
