Yes, we have a store, showroom, and warehouse in Louisville, KY. We are open 10 to 4 EST Monday through Thursday and 10 to 2 on Friday. Customers love to browse through our shelves and check out our shipping operations. Lots of folks bring their outdoor photography equipment to make sure they are picking out the right bag or tripod.
Does OPG actually stock all those items on the website?
Yes, we stock everything we sell. All our outdoor photography equipment is right here in our warehouse and offices. We’re not the kind of website that has our stock shipped by someone else.
Can I call to place an order?
Of course. Just call us at (866) 810-2456 during business hours and we can take your order over the phone.
Can I chat online with you?
Yes, indeed—just click the orange box at the lower right hand corner of your screen. We’re on live chat during office hours and whenever we are moonlighting at night. With Live Chat you can get gear questions answered, save an international phone call, and even place an order.
Why should I sign up for an account?
Signing up for an account is purely for your convenience. When you log in, all your information (except your credit card) is already there so you can check out faster. You can also check order status, tracking numbers, and past orders quickly.
Do you store my credit card info?
No. Even though you have to enter your card info in for each order, we decided to opt for the highest level of security and not store your card number. We don’t even see your card number with your order.
Do you ever give out my email address?
Nope. Never. Not to anyone.
How often do you send your newsletter?
Our newsletter is full of new gear, special sales, and coupons, but we don’t want to clog up your inbox. We usually keep our emails to twice a month.
Do you charge sales tax on my order?
Only if your delivery address is in the state of Kentucky.
Is your Free Shipping really free?
Yes, if you live in the Continental US (anywhere but Alaska and Hawaii) shipping is free, no matter how small your purchase or how heavy your items. If you want your outdoor photography equipment faster, we offer lots of expedited shipping options.
How can I check international shipping rates or expedited shipping rates?
You can add your items to your cart, and once you put in your address, all your shipping rates and options will appear, prior to you making any purchase decision.
