At Outdoor Photo Gear we take pride in our ability to ship your items quickly and accurately. Our merchandise is located right here with us—not drop shipped, and not located in a fulfillment warehouse hundreds of miles away from our staff.
Keeping our merchandise in house means that we can not only answer your questions on products, but we can take special care to ship your items promptly.
Most orders ship out the same day they are placed, subject to our carriers' pick-up times. Presently, USPS picks up weekdays at noon, and UPS picks up weekdays at 5 pm. We are in Eastern Standard time zone.
To guarantee same day shipment, please choose a paid shipping method and place your order before 4 pm EST.
If you ship via a method that provides tracking, you will be emailed your tracking information when your order ships. Please note that we provide estimated delivery times that our carriers publish, and OPG does not guarantee those delivery time frames.
All items purchased at OPG are made pursuant to a shipment contract, not a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to any shipment carrier.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please be aware that some products at OPG have shipping restrictions placed on them by law or by manufacturer. These restrictions may include shipping destinations and shipping methods.
International orders are subject to verification and approval before your items ship. We perform Address Verification on every credit card. Your order could be delayed or cancelled if your bank does not provide Address Verification Service.
You are responsible for all duties, taxes and export requirements other than the international shipping paperwork which is completed by OPG. Orders shipped outside the U.S. will likely incur customs, tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT) and/or other fees imposed by your country. OPG is not responsible for these fees, and we have not included them in your shipping charges. You will have to pay these fees. If you refuse a package, we will subtract from your refund any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur. If you have any doubts about additional fees, please contact your local customs office before you place your order. OPG will not declare your purchase as a gift or state a lower value to avoid customs duties. Due to differing customs arrangements in different countries, you assume full liability for all international shipments, as well as the shipping time, once we put your order in the hands of the shipper.
Our credit card company requires us to refuse shipment to countries with high incidence of fraud. If your country does not appear as an option during check out, it likely means that we are unable to ship there.
